Its that time

So I am excited to hear about your weight loss. I can't wait to hear from all of you who are participating. Just remember I am going to need to hear from you by 9pm my time. So don't forget to step on that scale and figure out your loss percentage.

I have lost 1.19% of my weight. Rob will let me know once he gets to work, he is using their scale.
