Happy New Year!!!!!

Hey Everyone. I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

This year I have a goal, well I have a few goals, but the biggest one that started today is NO MORE POP. Yep you heard me no more Pepsi, no more Dr Pepper, no more. I am going to try to loose 2lbs a week so that by June I will have lost 50lbs. I am at 186 right now. That is to much. I am going to try to get me self back down to the weight I was when I got married. I am going to need all the support I can get. Tonight before I go to bed I am going to do 15 situps, and as time goes on I will add to it. So my goal by next week this time is to be 2lbs lighter. I will keep you updated on my progress.

My new years resolution is to lose weight also. Totally done with portion control. I've already lost 13 pounds, but gained two from the holidays. Totally bites. But that's alright.

Good luck and you know I'm going to harrass you everyday about your pop-less diet!

You go girl!!!! I totally support you from afar! Start up next week with the Biggest Loser online. I think I want to also. I gaurantee you will lose 2lbs a week that way.

Go Sara! That is great, but definantly do your sit ups in the morning! Night time is not so good. I know you will lose weight just from losing the "soda"! You are such a mid-westerner now!! Love you so much! Dana
