So last night I did a test run on the apple pie that I planned on making for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I wanted to make sure that it was going to turn out good. I was so happy when i took the pie out of the oven and it looked like the picture. Right away I cut myself a piece, you know just to make sure that it tasted as good as it looked. Two pieces later I decided that I did a good job.
I wish that I would have taken a picture of it but there isn't any left. Rob had some when he got home last night and we all just had some as a snack. Just to clarify it was home made crust and all. this picture is just one i found online.

Ok, so you tell me that the story isn't true! Well then it sure is hilarious! I didn't want to say that it was funny if it was true for fear of hurting Jill's feelings! I'm so gullible it's embarrassing (just ask my husband--he could write a new blog each day on something about me and my stupidity--heck, he should write a book, that way we'd at least make money from my lack of brain usage).
Anyways, good story, good story. It was a hoot to read!
