We didn't get to chat today, huh?
Well this morning we got the kids shots at the free clinic and that was horrible. Courtney screamed bloody, bloody murder as she got her three shots. And then after we tell her it's over the nurse goes, "Oh, I forgot her chicken pox shot!" Poor girl had to be tied to Daddy's lap once again.
Yesterday Loren was all, "I'll keep Isaac and you can take the kids to get shots." He was thinking that he was doing me a favor. I was grateful for the kindness but I told him that the kids needed Daddy to help hold a large Courtney B down.
So it was an emotional, busy day. We were all physically, mentally, and emotionally (just Courtney and Darren) exhausted. But hey, the shots were free, right?
